We provide new patient forms on our website for your convenience. You can print those out at home or work, fill them out, and drop them off before your first visit, or bring them in when you come to the office for your initial appointment. You may also scan them and email them to our staff. By filling out some paperwork before your visit, we can maximize your time in the office and get you back to your life sooner rather than later.

We accept all major credit cards and cash, and our insurance coordinator will be happy to check your dental insurance benefits at or even before your visit. Our goal is always to put patients first, and by offering a variety of means of dental financing, we hope to reduce or even eliminate any financial concerns you have about your dentistry work.

On your first visit to this premier dentistry practice, you’ll know you’re in the right place. You’ll see warm smiles and friendly faces and feel the energy of a dental team ready to change your life. Once you’ve met some of our team members and completed the necessary paperwork, we will call you back for your initial appointment. While these appointments differ a bit for children and adults (and often due to why you’re in the office in the first place), you can expect some of the usual initial dental visit activities.

Your health history will be gathered, and your comprehensive dental exam will begin. Your goals will be discussed, and we will make sure you’re comfortable with everything we do as we go along. During your exam, your dentist will review your dental x-rays and screen you for oral cancer, which includes an examination of your jaw, neck, tongue, and inside of your mouth.

Any technology used during your first visit will be explained, and we can even show you the findings of the exams right here in our Austin dentist’s office. You’ll be able to see areas of concern, and your dentist will discuss what future work may be necessary.
