Review Map Call Schedule

When a dentist outsources restoration construction to a dental lab, the process takes several weeks. Imagine coming into the dental office for your crown or bridge. The tooth or teeth are prepared for the dental restoration and impressions are made. The dentist will place a temporary restoration and then ask you to come back in about two weeks. The impressions of your tooth or teeth are sent to a dental lab, where the dental restoration is constructed. When you come back for your fitting, the restoration may not fit correctly. If this is the case, you will have to wait another two weeks for a replacement restoration to be made.

At Barton Oaks Dental Group, we have an in-house dental lab. The turnaround time is much faster. Having a dental restoration constructed in an in-house dental lab is much more convenient and much less time consuming for the patient. Our in-house technician works hand-in-hand with our dentists to ensure that your restorations will meet your needs.

We welcome you to contact our dental office today to learn more about our in-house dental lab in Austin, Texas, and to schedule an appointment with our dentists, Dr. Dora Nemeth, Dr. Joseph Neeley, Dr. Richard Hayashi, Dr. Laurie Bradley and Dr. Lauren Lewis.
