Dr. Joe R. Neeley, Jr.

“After 34 years of practicing dentistry, I am more excited about my profession and what we can do for our patients than ever.  I can’t imagine a    profession which would suit me better.  I love the combination of personal interaction and hands-on technical service.  Dentistry has so many new     options for patients; it is thrilling to help people get the healthy smiles they desire.  So many of you have been my patients for so long, you have     truly become my friends.  What a privilege for me to share that kind of continuity in our fragmented world.”

Dr. Neeley grew up in South Texas (Bishop), attended high school in Ohio and Pennsylvania and undergraduate school at The University of Texas.  After    graduating from The University of Texas Dental Branch - Houston (1969 - 1973), Dr. Neeley came to Austin to temporarily practice until an opportunity     opened in Aspen, Colorado.  He and his wife, Karen, have four grown sons and a precious granddaughter.  Dr. Neeley’s involvement outside the dental     practice is shared between the Theo Project, church, fitness, and golf.

"After several years of training and practicing dentistry in San Antonio, I am finally returning to the place where I left my heart, Austin Texas.  I    was born and raised in Austin, yet, even more exciting I am joining the dental team that inspired me to go into this field. As a patient I have seen     first hand the kind of integrity, respect, and genuine care for patients this practice offers. I am thrilled to be considered part of the group and     deliver the same level of care that was given to me.”
