I am originally from California but have had the pleasure to live in Alaska and Massachusetts prior to settling here in Texas. If you are a long time patient of the office you may remember my face. I previously worked at Barton Oaks Dental Group in the late 1990’s at the front desk. I am privileged and excited to be back with this amazing team as their office manager. I have eight years experience in the dental field in both the front and clinical areas. I have always been impressed with the caring quality and professionalism of this office and am honored to serve this team and our patients. Not only is it a great professional team but we enjoy our days together providing your dental care!
I have been blessed with two beautiful, spirited children and a wonderful step-daughter and spend time laughing and enjoying life with them in my free time.
I look forward to assisting you with any questions or needs you may have.

I have been involved in dentistry for fifteen years and a hygienist for ten years. I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work and look forward to seeing my patients and co-workers. My philosophy is to treat people with respect and care as I would with my own family. I have been fortunate to work with this group for six years, minus the time I have taken off to have two very active boys. My husband and I spend all of our time trying to keep up with our 5 and 3 year old boys, Ryan and Garrett. I look forward to meeting you and providing a fun and positive dental experience.

I have practiced Dental Hygiene in
Austin since 1979. I joined the Neeley -
Nemeth team in January, 1997. I grew up
in Orange, Texas where my father
practiced dentistry for 40 years. I love
my work and have formed many special
relationships with my patients over the
years. I have been married to my husband,
David, for 25 years. We have a daughter,
Lindsey, who is 17 years old and attends
Westwood High School. We also have a
Shi-tzu named Skittles. When I am not in
the office, I enjoy spending quality time
with family and friends. I also mentor
children, attend Bible Study and am
involved in mission trips through my
church. I also love to travel and I am a
huge Longhorn Fan. I look forward to
meeting and working with you in the
future.

I have been in the dental field for a majority of my life. Since 2000, I have been a practicing registered dental hygienist. I am a member of the national, state, and local dental hygiene component. I have volunteered in free dental clinics, the Austin fluoride varnish program for children, and mission trips to Jamaica, Honduras, and Vietnam. My experiences in providing service to people of greatest economic hardship inspired me to get a Masters degree in Public Health. I look forward to the next mission however it may transpire.
I graduated on the Dean's List. Have been awarded the Clark J. Hollister Award for Outstanding Ability in Dental Hygiene Education and 1st Place presentation at the National Annual Session of the American Dental Hygiene Association.
The practice of dental hygiene is very rewarding. It provides me the opportunity to be a dental educator-health promoter; encouraging people to implement a healthy lifestyle, prevent disease and as a result increase quality of life.
I have had many blessings in my life. As a former military spouse I have traveled much and lived in various communities. In 2010, I moved to Austin and found this fabulous office that permits me to know and provide service to Austin's finest citizens. In the same year my daughter chose Greer and I as her parents and we are filled with joy for her presence in our lives. TYG!

From the day I was born, I knew dentistry was going to be my career. After a few years trying to find my "place" to land, at least about six years ago, I found this amazing group of people who call themselves the "Barton Oaks Dental Group." I fell in love at first sight with their care, kindness, and detail to perfection. I'm proud to be part of this group and our patients are the ones who keep me enthusiastiic about returning day after day. I'm also a full time mom/taxi cab to my three wonderful children.

I have been in the dental field for eleven years, and have been responsible for almost every aspect of the interior workings. I enjoy my work! It is mentally stimulating emotionally and intellectually. I meet the most interesting and enthusiastic people every day. It is extremely rewarding to assist in making someone happy and comfortable with their smile.
My co-workers are the most amazing group of people that I have ever worked with. They genuinely care about our patients, friends/family and social humanitarian causes. They are truly inspiring. They have been key factors in my progression into the local art scene. I paint whimsical, yet socially serious subject matter, with acrylics. I also dabble in wood working and have had national interest in my designs. I hope to progressively continue in this recent trend in the future.

Orfa KoertsI came to the US from
South America because of the terrorism in
my country. While I was in South America,
I was a registered nurse for 20 years. I

I started working in this amazing office;
and it has been a privilege for me. I

Yvonne MoncivaisHi, I’m here to meet, greet and help you with all your front desk needs; with a smile of course. I’ve been happily working for Barton Oaks Dental Group for over 10 years. When my days are over, zoom, I’m off to the gym staying active and living a healthy lifestyle. I have two kitties named Chloe and Merlin; they’re my cuddle buddies when I’m at home watching my favorite shows or just reading a good book. So stop on by, chat, and if you have an Austin Java chai latte in your hand, we’ll be best friend forever.

Heidi Glaze
Hi, my name is Heidi and I am fairly new to this wonderful office. I started my dental career close to 20 years ago as a dental assistant. Other than the great people I work with, my favorite part of the job is our patients; they teach me something new every day. When I am not at work, my husband, David, and I enjoy anything that involves the outdoors. If you see a girl on the back of a motorcycle with a purple helmet on, wave, it is probably me. We currently reside in Dripping Springs with our two dogs, Valentino and Gisele, and our cat, Mojo. I look forward to meeting your front desk needs and if you just need a smile I can do that, too.

LaQuisha Young
Hi, I am LaQuisha and I am fairly new to this office. I am originally from New Mexico and have been residing in the state of Texas since 2004. I have enjoyed my time so far in this office, while getting to know my fellow co-workers and the lovely patients that come in and out of the office. When I am not working in the office, I am out exploring Austin with my family or at home taking care of my two boys and my lovely spouse Irving. I look forward to becoming a smiling and familiar face to all the patients in the office both old and new.

Gayla Hart-Scrutchfield
I have been working in the dental field for 32 years; fortunately the last 22 years have been with this practice. This career has provided me the opportunity for great personal growth and to meet a lot of wonderful people.
I respect and appreciate the Doctors, my co-workers and all the patients with whom I have had the opportunity to work with and know. I am proud of the quality dentistry and the professional, caring and giving attitude I have seen within this office and continue to see on a daily basis. I look forward to assisting our patients with any questions or needs they may have.

Howdy, I am a recent addition to the office, running the in house lab. I was born in Louisiana and moved to College Station, Texas at age 10. I then moved to Austin 12 years ago, where I met my lovely wife. We have three wonderful boys, ages 19, 16 and 7. I have been a Dental Technician for 16 years. What started as a job has turned into a career of artistic design. I earned my certified Dental Technician credentials from the National Board for certification a year ago. I enjoy all the new technologies and advancements in dental lab technologies. I hope to create something beautiful for all who need it.
